Claire advises banks and fintech companies on a wide range of financial services matters, including regulatory compliance, risk management, business strategy, operations, and product development. Within these areas, she has focused her expertise principally in consumer compliance.

Prior to joining FS Vector, she served as a Principal at Promontory Financial Group and a Senior Manager at Treliant. In these roles, she worked with global and domestic financial institutions and fintechs, developing and executing compliance programs, product and market strategies, operational resilience, and regulatory remediations. 

Claire holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in English Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University and an M.P.P. from Georgetown University.
