Constantine advises clients across a variety of regulatory compliance, risk management, product development, and strategic areas.

Before joining FS Vector, Constantine was a Principal at Promontory Financial Group. Constantine has extensive experience supporting financial institutions with designing and implementing target operating models across a variety of enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance domains, with a particular focus in consumer compliance. He has assisted firms with remediation planning and execution to adhere to Federal Reserve, FDIC, OCC, and CFPB expectations. He began his career as an intern with the OCC.

Constantine received an M.A. in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh, where he graduated with First Class Honours.
