Evey advises clients on the development and launch of new products and the maturation of existing programs. She has extensive experience defining and executing strategies for pursuing national and state bank and trust charters among other licensing regimes. Her work involves technical financial analysis and the construction of enterprise risk management and compliance programs. 

Prior to joining FS Vector, Evey was a Principal at Promontory Financial Group. She assisted bank and non-bank clients with U.S. chartering and licensing strategies and in executing end-to-end charter application processes. Evey also helped financial institutions and fintechs evaluate and enhance their risk management and compliance programs. She has been involved in several large-scale regulatory remediations.  

Evey earned a master’s in finance (MFin) from the University of Maryland, College Park and a B.Sc. in Finance from Nankai University.
