Primary Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership at FS Vector. In this role, the Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO and Advisory team partners. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and managing scheduling and travel, maintaining firm records, and onboarding new clients to the firm’s systems. 

The Executive Assistant’s ability to work seamlessly across teams will be integral to the success of FS Vector and our clients. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintaining and coordinating executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, speaking engagements, and travel. 
  • Managing organizational communication, scheduling, and logistics for key internal events such as board meetings, staff meetings, and managers’ meetings. 
  • Providing event support and planning, including retreats, meetings, and staff events. This includes logistical research and planning, day-of support, and invoice/billing management.
  • Onboarding new clients to company internal systems. 
  • Organizing and maintaining office documentation. 
  • Coordinating with the Finance team to prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports. 
  • Coordinating with the Marketing team to format memos, emails, and presentations for internal and external audiences. 
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed. 


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant administrative experience supporting a senior executive or team, internship experience included.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge and experience in the fintech and banking industry are a plus.
