Jasper advises and supports clients with a range of strategy, compliance, and risk management matters. His work with FS Vector focuses on the development of governance and management structures for burgeoning financial firms.

Jasper has extensive experience supporting financial institutions in strategic efforts, such as investment portfolio optimization and bank profitability analyses; internal capital planning and regulatory stress testing exercises; and model risk management. Jasper has also assisted financial institutions with developing enterprise risk management and financial crimes compliance programs, and has conducted forensic reviews involving consumer protection and AML/sanctions compliance.

Jasper was previously a member of the Financial Markets Advisory team at BlackRock and began his career at Promontory Financial Group.

Jasper received an A.B. degree in Sociology, cum laude, from Princeton University.
