Jasper Sneff Nanni

Jasper is a Managing Principal in FS Vector’s Advisory Team with 15 years of experience in financial services. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has helped scores of banks and other companies bring their products to market and otherwise unlock value by addressing their most pressing compliance and regulatory strategy needs. He prides himself on helping clients develop savvy in the face of shifting regulatory and competitive landscapes for banking and fintech.

Jasper leads FS Vector’s Chartering services, in which capacity he oversees our support to firms and individuals pursuing de novo bank or trust company charters, charter conversions, or bank acquisitions. FS Vector works closely with clients to rigorously explore charter options, align internal stakeholders, formalize a strategy, and carefully craft an application to meet the specifications and expectations of regulators.

Beyond chartering, Jasper holds broad expertise encompassing bank profitability, enterprise risk management, consumer protection compliance, and the finer points of bank and fintech partnerships. His clients include banks and fintechs at the cutting edge of financial services and technology.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Jasper worked in the Financial Markets Advisory group at BlackRock and at Promontory Financial Group. Jasper earned an A.B. degree in Sociology, cum laude, from Princeton University.
