Peter brings over two decades of government and private sector experience to FS Vector. He is recognized for his breadth of policy expertise on issues ranging from financial services and international relations to intellectual property, energy and trade. On Capitol Hill, he most recently served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Congressman Ed Royce (R-CA) and Senior Adviser to Royce, as Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. 

Prior to returning to Capitol Hill, Peter served as Vice President for Insurance, Trade & Technology at The Financial Services Roundtable, representing 100 of the largest integrated financial services companies before Congress and the Administration. 

Previously, Peter served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Deborah Pryce (R-OH). While working for Rep. Pryce, Peter also served as Professional Staff on the House Financial Services Committee Subcommittee on Capital Markets, and as Policy Adviser to Pryce as Chairman of the House Republican Conference. 

He received his B.A. from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, and spent a year studying at The London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a native of Bainbridge Island, WA.
