Managing Principal

Princeton advises clients on a broad range of operational, risk management, and strategic initiatives. Princeton works with leading fintech companies and traditional financial services institutions on strategic planning, regulatory analysis, product development, licensing, partnerships and building and implementing risk and compliance infrastructures.

Princeton has significant experience navigating the de novo bank charter application process, helping clients develop applications and business plans for those pursuing national and state commercial charters, industrial bank charters and non-depository trust charters. Additionally, Princeton has experience conducting competitive landscape analyses that focus on expansion and growth opportunities, emerging market demand, and competitive pricing.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Princeton was a consultant at Treliant. Before Treliant, Princeton worked at Ffestiniog Company, a private family office, where he provided strategic and operation support. Princeton also worked at QED Investors, a leading boutique venture capital firm, as well as for U.S. Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA), U.S. Senator Mark Warner (D-VA), and Cornerstone Government Affairs.

He holds a BA in Political Science from Virginia Tech, where he graduated cum laude.
