
Peter Freeman
Peter is a Partner in FS Vector's Government Relations team, where he helps clients develop and execute government engagement strategies spanning financial services, international relations, intellectual property, energy, and trade. He advises organizations navigating complex legislative and regulatory environments, drawing on over two decades of Capitol Hill and private sector experience to help clients build durable relationships with policymakers and advance their priorities before Congress and the Administration.
Prior to joining FS Vector, he was Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Adviser to Congressman Ed Royce (R-CA) during Royce's tenure as Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Prior to that role, he served as Vice President for Insurance, Trade & Technology at The Financial Services Roundtable, representing 100 of the largest integrated financial services companies before Congress and the Administration. Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Deborah Pryce (R-OH), where he also held roles as Professional Staff on the House Financial Services Committee Subcommittee on Capital Markets and as Policy Adviser during Pryce's chairmanship of the House Republican Conference.
Peter earned a B.A. from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service and studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
