Div brings deep knowledge about distributed ledger technologies and digital assets to FS Vector. He is passionate about advocating for improving and expanding access to financial services through technology.
Most recently, he served as Associate Director of Policy at the Chamber of Digital Commerce, a Washington, DC-based trade association for the blockchain and digital asset industry, where he worked across a range of issue areas including capital markets, tax, and anti-money laundering and their impact on the nascent digital assets industry.
In law school, Div served as a Governor’s Executive Fellow with the prestigious Eagleton Institute of Politics, Managing Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal, and interned at the New Jersey Bureau of Securities. He also worked on the first campaign of Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) as part of the policy and communications teams and interned in the Office of New Jersey Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg.
Div received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, DC. Div resides in Washington, DC with his fiancée and their cat Tyrion.
