Gemma leads recruiting and talent placement for FS Vector clients and internal roles, covering full-time hires, fractional and interim staffing, and operations support. Her expertise lies in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and relationship management, which she uses to support the advisory and advocacy functions.

Dedicated to delivering the right candidates for each client, Gemma takes pride in her human-centered approach to recruiting. Her experience includes scaling the talent function at high-growth startups, including wearable fitness tech provider WHOOP and Motion Recruitment, which has equipped her with an understanding of the needs of technology-driven firms.

Gemma earned a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Women’s Studies, Africana Studies, and Public Policy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
