John brings more than 35 years of executive leadership, guiding global operations and driving profitable growth across public, private, and private equity-backed companies.

Before joining FS Vector, he served as Operating Partner and Board Chair for multiple portfolio companies within The Riverside Company. Previously, Riverside hired him in 2017 as CEO to lead the turnaround of Baker Hill, culminating in its successful sale to private equity firm Flexpoint Ford in 2023. Earlier in his career, John spent several decades in senior global leadership roles at Americhem and  Diebold Nixdorf.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from Marquette University and an M.S. in International Business from Roosevelt University.
