Amy’s experience includes advising financial services clients on issues related to consumer protection, privacy, and bank-fintech partnerships. Her work includes developing regulatory and legislative strategies and facilitating interactions between financial services companies and Capitol Hill. Amy has worked with nonprofits in Washington, D.C. including the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) and Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities. During law school, Amy served as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology and worked as a student attorney at Catholic University’s Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Clinic.
Amy holds a B.A. in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. Amy is licensed to practice law in New York.
