Brendan Quinn

Brendan supports clients with their licensing initiatives by leveraging his experience with NMLS and state portals to help clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements. With a focus on money transmitter and mortgage companies, he works closely with clients and project teams on application preparation, submission, and licensing maintenance to ensure clients achieve and sustain multi-state compliance.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Brendan was a Licensing Analyst at Orrick with the APPROVED team, where he coordinated full-cycle financial licensing projects and collaborated with regulators.

He holds an M.A. in Global Security from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Global Studies from Boise State University.
