Dave Dionisio advises and supports clients offering new technologies on a range of regulatory, risk, and strategic matters, with a focus on consumer compliance and enterprise risk management.

Dave has extensive experience supporting fintechs and financial institutions in compliance program development and licensing. Prior to joining FS Vector, Dave worked at Fannie Mae where he built and managed an operational risk management program and at a DC-based asset management firm where he led a corporate acquisition in the mortgage industry. Previously, Dave worked at the CFPB where he provided guidance and support to financial institutions and technology companies on the implementation of new regulations. Dave began his career in consulting where he advised bank clients on a range of matters spanning regulatory compliance, enterprise and third-party risk assessments and internal audit.

Dave received a B.A. in finance from Georgia Southern University.
