Starting on July 1, NMLS will receive new application filings for the Massachusetts Division of Banks’ Money Transmitter License.

New applicants will be able to submit these records through NMLS starting on July 1, 2025.Existing Massachusetts’ Check Seller and Foreign Transmittal Agency Licensees are required to transition to the Money Transmitter License starting November 1, 2025.
