Patrick has extensive experience working with money transmitter licenses in the payment and cryptocurrency spaces. He works with companies to acquire licenses and specializes in assisting clients in navigating the ongoing requirements associated with maintaining money transmitter licenses, including periodic regulatory reporting, regulatory examinations, and many other standards of licensure. He has worked with early stage startups as well as some of the most established companies in the payment and cryptocurrency industries.

Patrick was previously a member of the Licensing team at Chartwell Compliance/Ankura Consulting Group, and began his compliance career at WorldRemit.

Patrick received a BA degree in Popular Culture Studies from Bowling Green State University.
