Simran is a principal at FS Vector with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency space. Simran spent over three years at Gemini, where she assisted in implementing and building out their AML/BSA Compliance program. Simran was also responsible for the upkeep of Gemini’s money transmission licenses, and additionally served as the Legal and Compliance Manager, where she directed a team of employees responsible for conducting risk-based reviews of all of Gemini’s retail and institutional clients.

Prior to Gemini, Simran worked at LEAP Legal Software, a SaaS company and helped build out their product for New York attorneys. Simran also specializes in personal injury law and was previously a litigator in New York.

Simran earned a B.A. from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. (cum laude) from the Florida A&M University College of Law. Simran is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.
