Starting on July 15, NMLS will receive new application and transition filings for Regulated Lender Company & Branch License types for Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner.New and existing applicants will be able to submit applications through NMLS starting on July 15, 2025.

Note: Companies holding this license type are required to submit a license transition request through NMLS by filing a Company Form (MU1) and an Individual Form (MU2) for each of their persons starting July 15, 2025. 

Additionally, for each branch holding this license type, are also encouraged to complete and submit a Branch Form (MU3).
